What we collect
What you type into our form. When you request a quote we ask for your first name, last name, company name, work email address, company website, state, approximate number of RFQs per day, and optionally the system your quotes live in.
What your browser sends. Like any website, our host records standard technical data in its server logs: IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you viewed and when. We do not use this to identify you personally.
What we deliberately do not collect. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site. We do not build a profile of you. The only thing stored in your browser is your choice of English or Spanish, kept locally so the page remembers it on your next visit. That preference never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
Why we collect it
One reason: to answer your enquiry and work out whether our service is a fit for your business. The volume and system questions exist so that we arrive at a conversation already understanding your situation, rather than spending your time on basics.
We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it, and we do not add form submissions to a newsletter list.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run the business. Each one sees only what it needs to do its job.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not share it with data brokers, advertising networks, or any third party for their own marketing. If that ever changes, this page changes first and the date at the top changes with it.
Where your information goes
PartsCru operates from Bolivia and uses service providers based in the United States. If you are contacting us from the United States, your information is handled in the United States and may be accessed by our team in Bolivia in the course of responding to you.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become clients: kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. We keep them that long because buying decisions in this trade are slow and a conversation can restart a year later.
- Client records: kept for the life of the engagement and for as long afterwards as our contractual and tax obligations require.
- Server logs: retained by our host according to their standard schedule.
Ask us to delete your enquiry sooner and we will.
Your choices
Whoever and wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information
- stop contacting you
Email hello@partscru.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no form to fill in and no fee.
Residents of California and of other US states with privacy legislation have specific statutory rights, including the right to know what is collected, the right to deletion, and the right to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. The process above is how you exercise them with us. For the avoidance of doubt: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Security
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in access-controlled accounts. Our team works from a supervised office on company equipment, and access to client information is limited to the people who need it for their work, under written confidentiality obligations.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can tell you is that we ask for the minimum we need and we do not keep it longer than we said we would.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
